Our brief was to work in a team; divided into 2 (Designers & Developers) creating a marketing site for a live client, Streamnote Media. We had to create a marketing site for their latest product, Streamnote; an internal email/SMS text system that means to cancel the need for notes and memo's, a CMS for that site so the company had full controll over the site, an Iphone application and mobile phone version.

For my part of the project I was charged with creating the CMS (content management system) for the site and this I did from scratch

Also half way through I was charged with leading the team and trying to make sure we stayed on track. Lastly I then helped turn the front end mock up into a fully fledged HTML site with PHP tie ins for the CMS

Working with the client, doing mood boards and mock up designs for the client to review. We also looked at other company's and templates for the kind of working we were trying to achieve, this really helped us overcome the confusion of layout and theme.

All our communications were run through basecamp; a well known web product that allows digital work to be organised on the web. This really helped us keep up to date with the teams progress, problems and client desires

This project had me pulling my hair out at times and the frustration really slowed out progress down, having over 10 people working an similar sections and not being able to rely on some people in the team furthered those troubles

Saying this the end product I created was great and I was very happy with the CMS I created for the project
