For this brief we had to create a review site, reviewing 4 sites of a similar theme, focusing on set criteria like scrolling and content and give each site a star rating. We also have to create a flash version of the html review site as part of our flash workshop learning.

My idea is to review "games web sites" to compare the content between each other and the "usability" and end result of the experience. The 4 sites I've chosen are..
My approach to the brief is to view the above sites as typical user would, trying not to view it as anything but, that way I hope to get a true reflection of the experience a normal user would get.
To help get some insight into a review site I decided to take a look at the following web sites which I found on the internet while searching within google.
The sites I'm using have to chosen, the theme is as stated above in the proposal. I'm wanting the site to be simplistic and easy to view and use, using a 5 star rating system to rate each site again making it easy to understand the difference between the sites reviewed.
Reviewing work that reviewed several websites.. contradiction time! well I'm mildly happy with the outcome of my HTML/CSS review site, never really liked Flash tbh and with that; wasn't really happy with my Flash version of the reviews site, but with more self tutoring and lectures I'm sure my standards will rise. It has to be said, I'm very happy with my portfolio, the CSS is very strong, the structure is the same and my coding is neat and simplistic.
Graphics have always been a weak point for me but I've got more than I would normally have inputted, the only things I can think of that could do with some attention is a tidy up of the CSS files (structurally) and the same from the PHP files.
