A new week and more updating to pass on…
- Users will be able to live chat on the site
- Users will be able to make appointments on a calendar (which ties into the virtual book club)
- Appointments will alert via Email and possibly via SMS (depending on cost)
- Reviews will be rated on a 5 star basis
- Reviews will also have a like/dislike option for the rating and will show that via a pecentage
- Users can champion any media, kind of like a favorites section
- User profile CP
- Varying user levels for active users
- User avatars
- Trailers for films
- Trailers for games
- Video reviews for games
- Group function to allow fans of such types to connect easy
- Ratings supply the database with data for “top 5 or 10 listings”
- A “Whats hot/Whats not” feature, in all media types
- Applications, to keep the user on the site and entertained
Thats about it for now, However “TV listings” & “Film listings” have been removed from my list of features, being a dotcom site; having the weekly listings of every cinema in the world would be insanely hard to keep up to date.
Also having a feature aimed at getting film lovers to arrange trips out to see films has been scrapped, due to issues regarding user safety and the hard process of stopping minors pretending to be adults when signing up.
