OK so just finished watching the latest ep of Atlantis and finally a really well written and plot driven episode in the season, I have for a good 10+ episodes been hating the quality of the story, the episodes that have to many morals and no clear story line progression, bore me to tears.
But this episode was great, the only time I caught myself thinking negative to an action, was when Teyla & Todd where talking out loud on the bridge of a Hive and the other Wraith didn’t hear them, its just not realistic and snapped me out of the bubble of fantasy a great film/episode can create, but recently you’d find about a dozen such instances in the past season episodes.
Its a shame Atlantis has been shelved as this clearly show’s the writers CAN still make great episodes.
Distinguished episode with great acting, good CGI battle, solid writing and beautiful fluidity.
