Well spank me silly and call me Geoff because I really didn't think moonpig.com actually offered a calendar, email/mobile reminder system along with card design.

Now that means this FMP idea isn't unique and as such could fall short of the brief [input sigh here] well this is probably attempt 8 for an idea and I'm starting to get tired of thinking of ideas only to find someone else in the world has beaten me to that specific idea!

Suppose ill have to think up some new ideas...

Ok so I have thought of an idea for my FMP for the final year, to make a site that allows membership and in doing so you can enter key dates and birthdays/anniversaries set up a default card and message for any certain type of card and when that dates is nearing the card will be processed and queued up to 2 days before the day so the user can accept

If the user is unable to authorise the card then the default set-up is applied and sent. I am also thinking of having that information sent out to mobile phones as a reminder of the birthday and the card for the user to accept.

So slightly like www.moonpig.com where you can create a card and personalise it this site will also act as a great reminder for anyone who also has problems remembering birthdays etc.
